Why do students access mental health support?
At NKC Dartford College we provide mental health support for a wide range of reasons. Some of the most common include anxiety, depression, bereavement, life changes, self-esteem, and confidence. Support is also available for more complex concerns such as self-harm, eating disorders, suicidal thoughts, or questions around identity.
You can speak to our Welfare and Safeguarding Team about any issue that is affecting your wellbeing. Our team will work with you to understand your situation and help you access the right support.
Counselling at NKC Dartford College
What is counselling?
