The Lee Stafford Hair Salon at NKC Dartford College is one of a limited number of Lee Stafford Academies across the UK that is open to the public. Our professional training salon offers high-quality hairdressing and barbering services while giving students valuable hands-on experience in a real salon environment.
All appointments are carried out by students under the supervision of experienced lecturers, combining professional service with industry-standard training.
Why is the Lee Stafford Hair Salon unique?
NKC Dartford College is proud to be part of the nationally recognised Lee Stafford Academy, giving students access to one of the UK's leading hairdressing education programmes.
Throughout their training, students learn and perfect 22 fundamental hairdressing techniques, taught using Lee Stafford's industry-recognised methods and standards.
Once these core skills have been mastered, students are encouraged to develop their own creativity and personal style while working with real clients.
As part of the academy, students also have opportunities to represent the college in national Lee Stafford Academy competitions, competing against learners from Further Education colleges across the UK.
